Apertif Cocktail Recepes

Extra Dry Vya

2 ounces Vya Extra Dry
Pour over ice.
Add a twist of lemon or orange.
2 ounces Vya Extra Dry
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake well with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Add a twist of orange.
2 ounces Vya Sweet
Pour over ice.
Add a twist of lemon or orange.
1 ounce Vya Sweet
1 ounce Vya Extra Dry
Pour over ice.
Add a twist of lemon or orange.

Andy Dandy

1 ounce Vya Sweet
1 ounce Campari
2 ounces club soda
Pour over ice.
Add a twist of lemon.

Vya Royale

1 ounce Vya Sweet
Sugar cube
6 ounces Sparkling Wine
Orange zest

Red Vyalin

1 ounce Vya Sweet
1 ounce Maker's Mark
5 shakes Peychauds Bitters
Tsp Marachino cherry juice
Shake and serve in an 8 oz. glass
Add 2 - 3 ounces sparkiling wine
Garnish with a Marachino cherry
and orange zest

Fifty-Fifty Martini

1½ ounces Plymouth Gin
1½ ounces Vya Dry Vermouth
Stir over cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with olives or a twist

Rose Cocktail

2 ounces Vya Dry Vermouth
1 ounce Kirschwasser
1 bar spoon raspberry syrup
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cherry

Presidente Vincent

2 ounces Neisson Blanc Rhum
1 ounce Vya Dry Vermouth
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lime wheel

Punt E Mess Fizz

¾ ounce Punt E Mes
1½ ounces Vya Sweet Vermouth
1½ - 2 ounces Champagne
Stir Vermouth and Punt E Mes and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Top with Champagne
Garnish with a lemon twist

Pony Express Manhattan

1 part Crown Royal
1 part Vya Sweet Vermouth
Drop of cherry juice and add cherry
Stir gently
Serve up in a chilled cocktail glass

1½ oz Chopin vodka
1½ oz Vya dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Three olives for garnish
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with olives

Vya Perfect Manhattan

1½ oz Buffalo Trace bourbon whisky
¾ oz Vya sweet vermouth
¾ oz Vya dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Brandied cherry for garnish
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

The Vya Sya (aka The Vya Sour)

1½ oz Boodles gin
¾ oz Quady Deviation
¾ oz Vya dry vermouth
¾ oz simple syrup
Juice of ½ lemon
1 egg white
Lemon wheel for garnish
3 – 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
Shake the gin, Deviation, vermouth, simple syrup & lemon juice with the egg white in the shaker to break up the egg. Fill shaker with ice and shake until the mixture is creamy and frothy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate the top of the drink with several dashes of Angostura bitters and a straw. Garnish with a lemon wheel

1½ oz Glenmorangie 10 year old 1½ oz Vya sweet vermouth
1½ oz Cheery Heering
Juice of ½ orange
Orange twist garnish
